Ans. 1: Laynes stores are open on week days from 8: 00 am - 4:00 pm daily. On Saturdays we are open from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm. During the Christmas season we are open on specified Sundays.

Ans. 2: Phone purchases, pay-on-delivery, or delivery services are not standard services provided by Laynes to our customers.

Ans. 3: Seasonal and periodic discounts are available at Laynes. Significant purchases are not necessary to receive discounts. We at Laynes are always seeking to provide the best possible quality, services and prices to our customers, period.

Ans. 4: Yes we do offer Lay-away and Hire-Purchase credit facilities. However this is only available on a case by case basis. Customers thinking of making a purchase and requesting the use of either of these facilities should first speak with our friendly staff in our the Credit Department. Once the item has not been used or damaged by the customer, we will be prepared to consider replacement options upon the presentation of proof of purchase.
